AGREEMENT
I hereby acknowledge that I have read and completely understand the official rules, policies, procedures, and player guidelines of Freedom League USA as published at FreedomLeagueUSA.com. I agree to abide by all rules, regulations, policies, rulings, and decisions implemented by Freedom League USA and its authorized representatives.
Freedom League USA reserves the following rights and responsibilities, including but not limited to: determining player or team eligibility; refusing entry to any player or team for any reason deemed appropriate; adjusting Fargo Ratings, handicaps, races, divisions, classifications, formats, schedules, field sizes, prize funds, or payouts; displaying player names, statistics, ratings, standings, and results online or in promotional materials; and modifying schedules, tournament structures, or payouts due to field sizes, venue limitations, inclement weather, acts of God, emergencies, war, terrorism, or other unforeseen circumstances.
I understand and agree that participation in league play, tournaments, or related activities is voluntary and at my own risk. Freedom League USA, its operators, directors, officers, representatives, sponsors, affiliates, host locations, and agents shall be released, discharged, and held harmless from and against any and all claims, injuries, illnesses, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses of any kind incurred by me, my heirs, assigns, or personal representatives arising from or related to participation in any Freedom League USA event or activity, whether caused or alleged to be caused by negligence or otherwise.
Maximum liability, if any, shall be limited solely to reimbursement of the entry fee paid for the applicable event or division.
I further understand that disqualification, suspension, expulsion, unsportsmanlike conduct, falsification of information, manipulation of ratings or handicaps, or violations of league rules may result in forfeiture of prize money, awards, qualification status, or future participation privileges within Freedom League USA events and activities.
Freedom League USA may use my name, likeness, photograph, video, image, statistics, or match results for informational, reporting, promotional, streaming, broadcast, social media, advertising, or marketing purposes in print, digital, video, or other media formats without compensation or limitation.
By participating in Freedom League USA events, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to all applicable rules and policies published by Freedom League USA.
